- Hartlepool vs Swindon
Acca @ 18/1
Nottingham Forest vs Wolves
A pair of Premier League relegation rivals kick off Saturday’s BTTS Tips as 13th-placed Wolves head to Nottingham Forest, who sit a point and three places below them.
Wolves lost their last game 4-2 at home to Leeds but had their fair share of chances, while their previous outing also saw BTTS come in, a 2-1 defeat at Newcastle.
It has been a similar story for Forest, with four of their last five outings seeing BTTS land and that outcome is 10/11 to be repeated at the City Ground.
Bournemouth vs Fulham
Fulham are a popular pick in this market, with 16 of their 27 league games this season seeing goals on both sides.
Meanwhile, BTTS bets have come in in four of Bournemouth’s last five at home in the league, the odd one out being their 1-0 win over Liverpool on 11th March.
The pair played out a dramatic 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage in October and a repeat outcome of both teams scoring is 8/11.
Huddersfield vs Middlesbrough
Promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough have been one of the Championship’s entertainers this term, scoring a second-best in the division 69 goals but also conceding 42 times.
They have kept just one clean sheet on the road all season and might be heading to Huddersfield at the wrong time.
Town have climbed off the bottom of the second tier and were last seen winning 1-0 at Millwall.
They previously drew 1-1 at home to Norwich and could play their part in a thrilling game, with BTTS 10/11.
Peterborough United vs Oxford
Another ‘Boro’, Peterborough, fall into a similar category to the Teessiders in that they score a lot (65) but also concede plenty (47).
They have undoubtedly started to tighten up under the returning Darren Ferguson, keeping clean sheets in their last two games but had let in seven in their previous four.
Saturday’s League One visitors to London Road, Oxford, have scored in their last two matches and showed signs of improvement in their only game to date under new boss Liam Manning, a 1-1 draw at Morecambe.
BTTS between the Posh and the U’s on Saturday is available at 8/11.
Hartlepool vs Swindon
Finally, to League Two, where struggling Hartlepool host mid-table Swindon, whose last away game was a 4-4 draw at bottom club Rochdale, in which Charlie Austin scored all four of the Robins’ goals.
Meanwhile, John Askey’s hosts have recorded score draws in their last five League Two games to get within touching distance of safety, albeit at a frustrating pace.
BTTS bets have landed in three of the pair’s last four meetings and that run is 8/11 to be extended.
