With the All-Star break quickly approaching, the NBA excitement continues into the early hours of Saturday morning, with the likes of the Milwaukee Bucks and the Golden State Warriors in action.

Milwaukee Bucks @ Indiana Pacers – Bucks (-7.5) @ 4/5

Both teams enter this contest off the back of close games as the Bucks hung on to beat the Nuggets 107-99, while Indiana were on the losing end of a high-scoring battle in Orlando last time out, falling 126-120.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way for the Bucks in his second game back from injury with 33 points and 14 rebounds, and the former MVP is a integral part to the Bucks’ title ambitions this season.

Milwaukee are currently third in the Eastern Conference standings, so they will attempt to close the gap to Boston in this Central Division battle.

Meanwhile, Indiana have lost eight of their last nine games – the only exception being a 116-100 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

I’m backing the Bucks to cover the spread here.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Oklahoma City Thunder – Thunder (-1.5) @ EVS

The Thunder have won three of their last five games but are coming off a loss to the Atlanta Hawks, while the Cavaliers have won two of their last five games and are coming off a win against the Rockets.

However, the key difference for me in this contest is the scoring advantage the Thunder have over the Cavaliers as Cleveland’s star guard Donovan Mitchell looks like he will be absent from this clash.

Without Mitchell on the court, the Thunder will have one less weapon to worry about. In addition, Oklahoma City has really been heating up offensively since facing Cleveland last time in early December, especially with how explosive Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been. The 6-foot-6-inch point guard is averaging 30.8 points per game, ranking him fifth in the NBA.

Thunder to cover the point spread for me here.

Toronto Raptors @ Golden State Warriors – Warriors (-5.5) @ EVS

These two teams are hoping to turn a corner to consistency, after both sides enjoyed satisfying wins last time out.

The Raptors opened their seven-game road trip in impressive fashion beating the Sacramento Kings 113-95, while a late Jordan Poole layup handed the Warriors a 122-120 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies, after Stephen Curry was ejected with 1:14 remaining in the fourth quarter.

Toronto will be searching for their third consecutive victory but face a stern test in Golden State who are an impressive 18-6 on their home floor this season.

The Warriors have won just four of their past 10, but I always fancy them at home no matter who the opponent is.

GSW to cover the spread.
