The Celtics have the best record in the NBA, and come into this game on a nine-game winning streak.

Orlando have gone 4-6 in their last 10 games and sit in 13th place in the Eastern Conference, however, they surprisingly hold a 2-1 record over Boston so far this season.

Nevertheless, the Celtics are 17-7 on the road this season, so I find it difficult to back against them here. They will expose the Magic’s inability to protect the basketball here as Orlando rank 29th in the league in assist-to-turnover ratio.

Atlanta Hawks @ Chicago Bulls – Bulls (-1.5) @ EVS

The Bulls won the last meeting between these sides 110-108, as Atlanta attempt to extract revenge when they travel to the United Center.

The Hawks are coming into this one after falling to the Charlotte Hornets, 122-118. They struggled on the defensive end of the floor, as they will have to contest more shots in this one if they want to bounce back on the road.

Chicago are entering this game after defeating the Detroit Pistons, 126-108. They were elite on both ends of the floor, and they will look to carry that momentum over into this one.

I’m backing the Bulls on their own floor in this one, as they have looked the better team on both ends of the floor.

San Antonio Spurs @ Portland Trail Blazers – Trail Blazers (-9.5) @ EVS

The Spurs lost to the Los Angeles Clippers 131-126 last time out, while Portland surrendered a 25 point lead against the Lakers in a 121-112 defeat.

The Spurs have lost six of their last seven games and seven straight road games. They’ve also been careless with the ball on the road, which will lead to easy-scoring opportunities for the Trail Blazers, who average more than seven steals per game at home.

I’m backing Portland on the point spread.
