I’m still reeling from Maidstone’s quick-fire double to scupper Saturday’s Bet of the Day that I felt really good about but as we go into Sunday, I go up to the North East where a striker is back from injury and is a good price to hit the back of the net once more.

Back Ross Stewart to score anytime at 13/8.
Sunderland might be down in 12th spot in the Championship but they are still very much in the play-off hunt as if they win this game in hand, they go within a point of sixth place.
Striker Ross Stewart has been an absolute star this season and whilst he spent several months on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, since he’s returned to the side, he’s been on a tear.
The Scottish international returned with a goal against Hull then scored against Blackburn, Wigan and Blackpool before blanking last time out against Swansea. So to recap, he’s scored in four of his previous five games and he’s priced up at 13/8 to score on Sunday. Seems big to me.
Only two sides currently in the top-half of the Championship table have conceded more goals than Middlesbrough so the Mackems have every chance of scoring in this derby game. We all know how feisty games like this will get and that should lead to real chances for both sides.
Stewart has scored a goal every 106 minutes so far this campaign and I like Stewart’s chances of making it five from six.
