Thiago Motta has several selection headaches, with Kevin Bonifazi and Lorzeno De Silvestri also absent with long-term injury issues.
Nicolas Dominguez and Gary Medel are available, though, after serving their respective bans for an accumulation of yellow cards.

While Sarri will have to cope without Immobile, Bologna should struggle more without Arnautovic.

Even though Lazio have conceded seven in their previous four games in the Serie A, they have kept four clean sheets in their last six at home in the league, and Bologna are likely to struggle without their main two strikers.
