A place in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia is up for grabs on Wednesday when AC Milan host Torino at San Siro.
Both clubs have enjoyed tremendous success in the competition in the past, lifting the trophy five times each. However, Torino’s last win came three decades ago, while AC Milan have not won the Coppa Italia since 2003.

Home advantage makes AC Milan 3/5 favourites for Wednesday’s tie, which is no surprise considering they have only lost two games at San Siro in Serie A since January 2022.

Youngster Malick Thiaw is also unable to play due to suspension. Still, both Junior Messias and Divock Origi are hoping to recover in time from knocks to feature on the bench.
Torino coach Ivan Juric will not be able to call upon the services of Pietro Pellegri and Ola Aina, but Wilfried Singo should be able to start.

If Milan are to succeed, then Portugal international Leao is likely to play a big part in their success. The 23-year-old is widely becoming one of the best players in Italy, and he has scored seven league goals in 16 appearances this season.
After some impressive performances with Portugal in Qatar, Leao has already hit the ground running in the league. He has netted one goal in Milan’s last two matches, and the powerful forward can find the back of the net to help Milan progress to the last eight this week.
