While some games have fallen victim to the inclement weather, there are still plenty of fixtures to look forward to across the EFL this weekend.
We have picked out four matches for our acca, with two from the Championship and a tip each from League One and League Two.
Football Acca Tips – Saturday four-fold – 13/1
- Coventry City to beat Swansea City @ 7/5
- West Brom to beat Rotherham United @ 4/9
- Bolton Wanderers to beat Exeter City @ 11/10
- Leyton Orient to beat Sutton United @ 10/11
Coventry City to beat Swansea City @ 7/5
After seeing several of their opening fixtures postponed due to pitch issues, Coventry City have recently started to make up for lost ground. They have played one game less than rock-bottom Huddersfield Town, but they are 10 points better off than the Terriers.
Mark Robins’ side are only five points off the top six, and they have two games in hand on the majority of the Championship. They can climb above opponents Swansea City with a win on Saturday, and after winning four of their last five to nil, they should have too much quality for the Swans, who are winless in six in the second tier.
West Brom to beat Rotherham United @ 4/9
It has not taken Carlos Corberan long to find his feet at The Hawthorns, and West Brom will go in search of their fifth consecutive win when they welcome Rotherham United to the Midlands.
The Baggies have beaten Blackpool, Queens Park Rangers, Stoke City and Sunderland in recent weeks and they will be confident of handing the Millers their fourth defeat in six matches.
Rotherham have only won two games away from home all season and with West Brom now difficult to break down under Corberan, there should only be one outcome.
Bolton Wanderers to beat Exeter City @ 11/10
Promotion-chasing Bolton face Exeter this weekend, in a game they should be winning if they harbour hopes of returning to the Championship.
While the Grecians are in mid-table, they have struggled with consistency when leaving the south coast.
Exeter’s record of one win in seven away from home should not trouble Bolton, who are unbeaten in three at home.
Leyton Orient to beat Sutton United @ 10/11
League Two leaders Leyton Orient should be able to extend their lead at the top of the table when they host Sutton United.
While Sutton’s main aim is to stay in the division, Orient have been in superb form all season and look good to maintain their promotion charge.
Three wins on the spin have increased the confidence levels in the O’s dressing room, while they have kept successive clean sheets in their last three games at Brisbane Road.
Sutton have one away win to their name all season and that record does not look like improving this weekend.
