Saturday night sees the season finale of Strictly Come Dancing 2022. Fleur East, Helen Skelton, Molly Rainford and Hamza Yassin are the four remaining celebrities but who will win the golden glitterball ?
Strictly Winner Odds
The 20th Strictly final takes place on Saturday night, live on BBC One from 7.05pm. After two and a half months of dancing, tears and spandex, we finally get to find out who our champion is. Let’s examine the odds…
Hamza Yassin – 1/2
Hamza has delighted audiences for 10+ weeks now with his gentle nature, infectious smile and long flowing dreadlocks swishing across the ballroom dancefloor.
The Sudanese-born Scottish wildlife cameraman and presenter has been an instant favourite and belied his pre show pricing. He was a 33/1 shot to win the whole thing when the line up was announced!
Surely the 32-year-old and his dance partner Jowitza Przystał can’t be denied now?
Helen Skelton – 13/8
The popular tv presenter/actress is a regular on our BBC screens due to her appearances presenting Blue Peter, Countryfile and The Instant Gardener.
Skelton appeared on a Strictly Christmas special before, back in 2012 and came 2nd so was installed as the 7/2 favourite for this show before a twirl or lift was attempted this year.
If anyone can beat Hamza, it’s likely to be the 39-year-old Cumbrian and her partner Gorka Marquez.
Molly Rainford – 25/1
I tipped up Molly at 14/1, back in September to go deep in this competition and she hasn’t let me down.
The Britain’s Got Talent star has been superb alongside Carlos Gu but after a strong start to the competition has been in the dance off four times.
The 22-year-old now looks unlikely to beat Skelton and Yassin to the title.
Fleur East – 50/1
Last but not least we’ve got the lovely Fleur East. The TV presenter and musician was the 4/1 2nd favourite, back in September but despite some incredible routines hasn’t really looked like threatening the leaders.
East beat Will Mellor in the dance off with head judge Shirley Ballas saving Fleur and Vito. It would take a monumental week for the 35-year-old Londoner to win it from here.
