The San Francisco 49ers are aiming for a seventh consecutive victory when they head to division rival Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football (01:15 Friday UK time).
San Francisco (9-4) cruised to a 27-7 home win against Seattle in Week 2 and lead the Seahawks (7-6) by two games in the NFC West with four remaining.
The 49ers rolled to a 35-7 triumph over visiting Tampa Bay last Sunday behind rookie quarterback Brock Purdy, who made his first career start due to injuries to Trey Lance and Jimmy Garoppolo.
Meanwhile, Seattle are coming off their third loss in four contests – a 30-24 home setback against the Carolina Panthers.

Team News
For Seattle, Abraham Lucas is dealing with a sore elbow, Will Dissly could miss this game due to a calf strain and Kenneth Walker has a sprained ankle, as does DeeJay Dallas.
Meanwhile, the Niners lost another significant component to their offence on Sunday as Deebo Samuel was carted off with what his coach called a high ankle sprain that will keep him out for several weeks, Samuel Womack has a concussion and Hassan Ridgeway remains sidelined due to a torn pectoral muscle.
San Francisco 49ers -3.5 Handicap @ 20/21
The Niners have covered the spread in four consecutive bouts, and I see no reason not to back them to do so once again here.
They are one of the hottest teams in the entire NFL at the moment, and as mentioned above, they are aiming for their seventh consecutive victory on Thursday night.
The 49ers’ defense continues to prove it’s one of the NFL’s elite units. They have held their opponents to 17 or fewer points in six straight games. They managed to limit Tom Brady to 253 passing yards last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, so I fancy them to cover the spread again here.
San Francisco 49ers to win by 7-12 Points Inclusive (including OT) @ 4/1
The 49ers have won by double digits in each of their last four games, and their offense is clicking, eclipsing 30 points in three of the last four games.
In addition, the Seahawks’ defense has struggled recently. They surrendered 40 points against the Las Vegas Raiders three weeks ago and had no answer for the run against Carolina, conceding 223 rushing yards and 328 total yards.
I fear for the Seahawks defense here, especially if Christian McCaffery follows up from his performance from last week where he accumulated 119 rushing yards – his best performance of the season.
Brock Purdy, aka Mr Irrelevant, answered any questions fans may have had about him as the starting QB for the Niners, throwing for a pair of touchdown passes, as well as scoring himself.
I can see the 49ers’ offensive weapons causing too many problems for Seattle here.
