There is a full raft of domestic and European football over the weekend for us to get stuck into. We’ve tasked our tipsters with scouring the odds and form and they’ve picked out a tasty looking goalscorer treble which pays a shade over 15/1.

Phil Foden to score anytime – 7/4
Many neutral observers wondered how the addition of Erling Haaland would affect the other attacking players in Manchester City’s star-studded line up. Would they be stifled and marginalised in an all-consuming effort to feed the goal-hungry Norwegian? Well it’s anything of the sort where Phil Foden is concerned.
The 22-year-old has flourished alongside Haaland and netted his first professional hat-trick in Sunday’s Manchester Derby. Foden already has five for the season, as well another in the Champions League and is well on the way to beating his best ever Premier League return. Foden was rested for Wednesday’s rout of Copenhagen, so is sure to feature here at home, against a poor looking Southampton.
James Maddison to score anytime – 7/4
Another man who is bang in form is Leicester attacking midfielder James Maddison. The 25-year-old has been strangely snubbed by England boss Gareth Southgate, despite being one of the form players in the Premier League. Maddison had 20 goal contributions last season and already has six in seven games so far, including two beauties in the 4-0 win over East Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest. I’m backing him at 7/4 to add to that on Saturday afternoon.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score anytime – 23/20
Aubameyang’s acrimonious exit from Arsenal was widely publicised and recently televised, but one thing that can’t be doubted is his goal scoring prowess. Auba scored 11 goals for Barca in just 17 games, whilst on loan last season and seems to have hit the ground running at Chelsea. He has two goals and an assist in his last three outings and faces managerless Wolves on Saturday. Odds against looks generous, given how impressive the Blues looked against AC Milan on Wednesday.
The treble pays just over 15/1 for all three players to score.
