There’s plenty of action to enjoy across the UK and Ireland as a new month gets under way, with cards taking place at Ayr, Ripon, Naas, Cork, Carlisle and Windsor.

Ayr is the first destination of the day when hey go to post on six occasions, with the opener due off at 13:18 and the closer set for 15:48, while Betfred is paying out an Extra Place in the 14:18, 15:18 and 15:48.

Kraken Fill (7/4) and Retirement Beckons (7/4) are both expected to go well in the 15:48, but 3/1 Mintnthat, who placed when running over 1m at Ayr in July, could be in the mix.

Next up is Ripon’s seven-race card, with the meeting playing out from 13:55 through to 17:00 and an Extra Place up for grabs in the 14:25.

The 14:25 looks to be a highly-competitive field, with Ballistic Berry (10/3), who came home second when last seen at Musselburgh, and Prayer Matt (10/3), who has placed in two of her last three outings, expected to push 11/4 Imperial Khan.

Naas puts on seven races between 14:10 and 17:20, with an Extra Place available in the 16:10, 16:45 and 17:20.

Ireland’s second card of the day comes from Cork with a further seven contests (14:30-17:40) and Betfred pays out an Extra Place in the 15:00, 16:00 and 16:35.

Back in England, Carlisle’s eight-race card gets going at 16:55 and comes to a close at 20:45.

Betfred is paying out an Extra Place in the 18:40, 19:15 and closer, while the 20:15 carries the Super Extra Place promotion.

The final meeting on Monday comes from Windsor, with seven races lined up from 17:15 through to 20:30 with an Extra Place available in the 18:25.min
