The midweek US horse racing action takes place later across six tracks, with the first race set to get underway at Delaware Park at 17:30.
There are eight contests at Delaware today, finishing up with the 21:00, while Betfred’s ‘Extra Place’ promotion will be available for that 17:30 opener.
Midnight Trick (SP) is among those hoping to come out on top in the opener. Juan Arriagada’s charge was third of 10 runners last time out here over 5f and the small step up in trip to 6f shouldn’t affect him too much.
Finger Lakes is the second meeting to get underway at 18:10, with the eighth and final race scheduled for 21:19, while the action at Penn National starts at 23:00 and ends with the eighth race there at 02:10.
Canterbury Park is next on the agenda with 10 races between 23:10 and 03:40, while Evangeline Downs’ meeting starts at 23:30 and the last of eight contests is due off at 02:40.
Finally, the meeting at Mountaineer begins at 00:00 and there are eight races planned, with the finale set for 02:55.
In the opener at Mountaineer, Nitro Time (SP) is looking to follow up after winning at Charles Town last time out in April, while Bret’s At Caddies (SP) and Holy Saint (SP) are others to consider.
