National League North side Kidderminster Harriers will host Premier League West Ham United in the fourth round of the FA Cup after the draw was made on Sunday evening.
Russell Pen’s side stunned Championship outfit Reading on Saturday, and the Harriers, who play in the sixth tier of the English game, will now get the chance to cash in as they prepare to face West Ham between 4th and 7th February.
The Hammers beat Leeds United 2-0 on Sunday afternoon, and David Moyes will be doing all he can to help his team secure a spot in the fifth round.
Speaking after the win over Leeds, Moyes told the club’s official website: “The game was close, they were without a few players, we were without a few players, but I thought we did a decent job today. Leeds brought a brilliant support down as well. It was a good atmosphere, and it was a bit of an old-fashioned cup tie in some ways.
“We just want to try and go as far as we can and do as well as we can, like we have done in all competitions. The players have given it a really good go, so I can’t complain.”
League One Cambridge United’s reward for beating Newcastle is a home tie with Luton Town, while fellow League One side Plymouth Argyle will travel to Chelsea.
Holders Leicester City are away to either Nottingham Forest or Arsenal, while the winner of Monday’s fixture between Manchester United and Aston Villa (Man Utd 7/10, Draw 11/4, Aston Villa 18/5 – match odds) will host Middlesbrough.
Liverpool welcome Cardiff City to Anfield, while there at least three all-Premier League ties.
Everton face Brentford at home, Brighton & Hove Albion travel to Tottenham, and Wolves will host Norwich City after Sunday’s 3-0 victory over Sheffield United.
