Arlene Phillips has become the first campmate to leave this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Nobody wants to be the first out, do they?
Ant and Dec delivered the bad (or good depending how you look at it) news and the former Strictly Come Dancing judge was told her time was up in camp.
Fair play to Arlene – she made history by becoming the oldest contestant ever to appear on the programme.
“This programme, I’ve watched it for so long, it’s about overcoming fear, and one of the bravest, bravest, most fearless girls I know is Lily Douglas, who has just won the Scottish Pride of Britain award for courage.” Arlene explained.

It’s fair to say last night’s episode was an emotional one, with the first elimination of the series hanging over the heads of camp.
David Ginola, who remains the outright favourite to win at 5/4, said in the Bush Telegraph: ‘It will be the first eviction so obviously it was a bit emotional. So everyone had a chance to say a few words. It was something really special.’
Each campmate reminisced about their time in camp thus far, resulting in a few shed tears. Bless ’em.
Earlier on in the episode we saw Naughty Boy and Matty tackle ‘Gross Vegas’. Doesn’t have quite the same ring to it as Las Vegas, does it?
The trial was Naughty Boys’ seventh of the series, as he and Matty had to work their way through four Las Vegas-themed games in a bid to earn stars for camp.
Contestants also completed the last part of the Lair Challenge during last night’s episode and were showered with fishy water.
Snoochie and Frankie were paired up, while Simon and Naughty Boy were together – and Danny returned to team up with Matty for the second instalment of the gruelling task.
Elsewhere, the bromance of Danny and David went up another notch, when Danny admitted he wanted to marry David. His reason being he felt ‘safer’ sleeping next to the former footballer.
Danny joked: “If David Ginola asked me to marry him, I’m sorry Steph but the wedding venue’s booked. It would be a great wedding as well. Imagine the people that would come to it!”
