There are nine US and Canadian race meetings on Friday with a packed stateside schedule for punters to comb through.

Aqueduct, Charles Town, Golden Gate Fields, Gulfstream, Los Alamitos Racecourse, Penn National, Remington Park, Tampa Bay Downs, and Woodbine make up Friday’s programme with a grand total of 81 races on show.

We begin at Aqueduct where 10 races are scheduled between 16:50-21:13, with the 19:43 Allowance Optional Claiming paying out three places instead of two in Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotional offer.

Gold Panda (SP) has claims after recent wins at both six and seven furlongs, while Big Bobby (SP) won on his latest outing at Belmont Park.

Gulfstream is next on the agenda with an 11-race card between 17:00-22:05, before the action heads to Tampa Bay Downs for nine races from 17:40-21:50.

A few hours later, Golden Gate Fields begins at 20:45 with the last of nine races there set for 00:43.

The five-and-a-half-furlong sprint Claiming at 23:13 has an interesting-looking field and This Is The One (SP) is expected to shine after winning previously over the distance.

Eight races between 21:00-00:28 are planned at Los Alamitos Racecourse before the action swings north of the border to Canada for Woodbine’s nine-race card going from 21:45-01:45.

The 14-strong field for the 00:18 Claiming from Woodbine will be another race where Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion comes into play, with Mad Dog N Joe (SP) looking to make it back-to-back wins.

Next is Penn National where eight races will take place between 23:00-02:10 before Charles Town’s eight-race schedule commences at 00:00 before concluding at 03:32.

The final meeting is at Remington Park where nine races go from 01:07-04:51.
