Week 6 of the 2021 NFL season is now behind us, and the 32 teams continued to give the fans plenty of excitement with plenty of drama across the league.

The struggles of the New York Giants, Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans appear to be going nowhere, while there were some surprise defeats as Buffalo Bills and the Denver Broncos failed to get the job done.

We take a look at this week’s winners and losers, with the Arizona Cardinals leading the way.

Arizona Cardinals – Winners

The Cardinals (10/1 Super Bowl Outright) stand alone this season as they are the only team yet to lose. Arizona won 37-14 against the Cleveland Browns to move to 6-0 for the campaign.

Quarterback Kyler Murray put in another incredible display, throwing for four touchdowns. Murray says his team showed “real maturity” in their win, and they could move to 7-0 next week, with the Texans set to make the trip to Arizona.

Miami Dolphins – Losers

The Dolphins were one of the leading candidates to win the AFC East this season, but they are now 1-5 after losing in the final seconds to Jacksonville Jaguars.

Miami’s organisation made the trip across the Atlantic to face the Jaguars in London, but it will have been a long journey home as their disappointing performance meant they dropped to the bottom of their division.

Jacksonville Jaguars – Winners

Staying in London, and it is hard not to give the Jaguars some praise after a torrid first five weeks.

Matthew Wright’s 53-yard field goal in the last seconds got the job done, and it could give Trevor Lawrence and co the platform they need to push on.

Lawrence has yet to showcase his true potential for a full match, but a last-second field goal never fails to make people smile.

New York Giants – Losers

Life is pretty tough for football fans in New York right now, and when isn’t it? The New York Jets had the week off, but the Giants lost yet again as they slumped to 1-5. The Los Angeles Rams flexed their muscles on their way to a 38-11 victory, and it was another poor weekend to be a Giants fan.

Tennessee Titans – Winners

The Titans (25/1 Super Bowl Outright) make our winners shortlist, and if we could have another one, Derrick Henry would make it all on his own.

Running back, Henry scored three rushing touchdowns in a 34-31 victory over Buffalo Bills on Monday night, and incredibly, he now has ten in his last five matches.

The Titans defence did enough to deny Bills QB Josh Allen, right at the death, and the Titans have responded brilliantly since a surprise defeat to the Jets.

Cleveland Browns – Losers

The Browns’ defeat to the Cardinals means they are now 3-3 for the season, and their issues are starting to mount up.

Coach Kevin Stefanski has now lost running back Kareem Hunt to injury for a few weeks, and he is also waiting to see if Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb and Odell Beckham Jr can play against Denver on Thursday after picking up knocks.

Without those players, the Browns are in for a tough night, and their season could be over if any of them are long-term absentees.
