There are five meetings scheduled across the UK and Ireland on Monday, with cards planned at Brighton, Galway, Newcastle, Newton Abbott and Perth.
Brighton’s card comes first, with seven races on the agenda on the south coast, where the going is good to firm (firm in places). The opening race starts at 13:00, while the final contest at 16:00 is covered by Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion.
Tony Carroll’s He’s Our Star (7/4) won over course and distance last month, and he remains on a workable mark for connections, so he should be considered in the finale.
Perth’s six-race card follows 45 minutes later, with the going good at the Scottish track.
The ‘Auto Services Perth Maxus Novices’ Handicap Hurdle’ is covered by Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion at 14:50, while the card comes to a close at 16:25.
Newton Abbott’s meeting will feature seven races in total, and racing will take place between 14:10 and 17:15 on good (good to firm in places) ground.
Betfred’s “Free Bet if 2nd” promotion is available throughout the evening card at Newcastle on Monday. Punters can receive a free bet up to £10 if their selection comes second and the going is standard at the all-weather circuit, with eight races planned.
The Cazoo Handicap at 16:55 comes first, and Monsieur Lambrays (9/2) is one to consider after finishing a close third at Nottingham last month.
Last but not least is the meeting from Ireland as Galway hosts eight races between 16:05 and 19:40. The going is good, and Betfred will pay an extra place in four races, with contests at 16:35, 17:40, 18:10 and 19:10 all covered.
