Saturday sees six race meetings taking place across the UK and Ireland, with the highlight undoubtedly being the second day of Cheltenham’s November Meeting.

The first at Prestbury Park gets under way at 12:30 with the JCB Triumph Juvenile Hurdle and concludes at 15:55 with the Karndean Designflooring Mares’ Standard Open NH Flat Race.

In the From The Horse’s Mouth Podcast Novices’ Chase at 13:40, Fusil Raffles (11/8) is expected to make the most of the good to soft going and has been lightly raced by trainer Nicky Henderson heading into this one.

Saturday also sees racing taking place in the UK at Lingfield, Uttoxeter, Wetherby and Wolverhampton.

Lingfield provides the early action, with the first of eight races getting under way at 11:40, before concluding at 15:40.

There is also morning racing from Uttoxeter, with the opener at 11:52 and the final race of the day at 15:50.

In West Yorkshire there is racing from Wetherby, with the action starting with the Sixt Car Hire Novices’ Hurdle at 12:03.

Jetaway Joey (8/15) has attracted plenty of admirers ahead of this race after impressing when second at Carlisle in his hurdle debut last month.

Evening action on the all-weather comes from Wolverhampton, with racing from 16:30 to 20:30.

There is just the one meeting in Ireland today, with Punchestown surviving the wet weather, while racing at Cork on Sunday has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.

Proceedings start at Punchestown with the Roche Group At Vista Beginners Chase at 11:45 and conclude with the Irish Field (Pro/Am) Flat Race at 15:45.

Willie Mullins’ Asterion Forlonge (2/5) is the firm favourite in the opener, and will be a tough one to beat, despite potential challenges from Conflated (5/1) and School Boy Hours (5/1).
