There are five games to look forward to in Italy and Spain on Thursday, with Athletic Bilbao’s European qualification showdown against Sevilla the headline act (Bilbao 21/10, draw 2/1, Sevilla 29/20 – match odds).

Bilbao will be looking to return to winning ways and boost their top-six chances following their narrow 1-0 defeat to Real Madrid last time out.

That loss has left them five points from the European places, while Sevilla are well on their way to a top-four finish.

A win for the Andalusians on Thursday would see them move level with third-placed Atletico Madrid, although Sevilla haven’t enjoyed recent trips to the Basque region, losing the last four La Liga contests at the San Mames.

The other two games in Spain feature teams at the wrong end of the table, with three of the bottom four in action.

Barcelona relegated 20th-placed Espanyol on Wednesday, and 19th-placed Leganes may soon join them.

They are eight points from safety as they prepare to take on Eibar, who sit 17th (Eibar 11/8, Draw 2/1, Leganes 9/4 – match odds).

A win for Eibar could almost guarantee their safety, while they would put Mallorca in further trouble as they prepare to face Levante at 18:30.

Los Bermellones remain in danger, sitting six points behind Eibar ahead of Thursday’s fixtures.

With only four games left, Mallorca are firmly in must-win territory and they are 19/20 to grab all three points.

Meanwhile, Serie A have two offerings as Inter try to boost their chances of finishing in the top three.

Antonio Conte’s outfit are fourth after their defeat to Bologna, but three points against Hellas Verona would see them climb above Atalanta into third (Verona 19/5, Draw 3/1, Inter 8/13 – match odds).

Bottom-club SPAL will welcome Udinese to the Stadio Paolo Mazza knowing they need to end their four-match winless run if they are to have any chance of staying up.

SPAL are 10 points away from safety, while Udinese have eased their relegation fears after picking up four points in their last two games.

With the pressure on, both teams may struggle in front of goal, and a draw is on offer at odds of 11/5.
